Delivery
Each Esme’s Bowtique piece is made and prepared with care.
For in-stock pieces, please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
For made-to-order and pre-order pieces, the estimated dispatch time will be shown on the individual product page.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation that it is on its way. Delivery times are additional to the preparation time above.
Shipping costs and available delivery options will be calculated at checkout.
If your order is needed for a particular date or celebration, please get in touch before ordering and I’ll always do my best to help.
Returns
I hope your Esme’s Bowtique piece becomes part of a story you’ll treasure.
If for any reason it isn’t quite right, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Unless an item is faulty, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Personalised or bespoke pieces are made especially for you and therefore cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your piece, please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to put it right.
